General Terms and Conditions

2. Subject of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the ordering, fulfillment, payment, and regulation of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the following three services (hereinafter: “Services”) available on the www.kosarvilag.hu website operated by the Service Provider:

Sale of woven basket products – sale of baskets, furniture pieces, and other items woven from wicker
Sale of textile products – sale of handmade sewn textile toys, kitchen accessories, and other utility items
Workshops – registration for occasionally organized workshops and study groups

The Service Provider begins the fulfillment of the Service exclusively after the full amount of the pro forma invoice has been received.

3. Order Process

The User selects the Service they wish to order on the website.
After placing the order, the Service Provider issues a pro forma invoice, which is sent to the User via e-mail.
The fulfillment of the Service begins exclusively after the amount indicated in the pro forma invoice has been credited.
The method and time of fulfillment are defined in the description of the selected Service.

4. Detailed Description and Fulfillment Conditions of the Services

4.1. Sale of woven basket products

Description: sale of baskets, furniture pieces, and other items woven from wicker

Fulfillment deadline: begins within 3 working days after the receipt of the fee and is completed within a maximum of 2 weeks.
Method of fulfillment: personal handover or use of a courier service

4.2. Sale of textile products

Description: sale of handmade sewn textile toys, kitchen accessories, and other utility items
Fulfillment deadline: begins within 3 working days after the receipt of the fee and is completed within a maximum of 2 weeks.
Method of fulfillment: personal handover or use of a courier service

4.3. Workshops

Description: registration for occasionally organized workshops and study groups

Fulfillment deadline: Starts and ends on the pre-announced day. The fee must be received within 3 working days prior to the starting day.
Method of fulfillment: on-site activity

5. Payment Terms

Payment method: bank transfer to the bank account number provided in the pro forma invoice.
Payment deadline: 3 working days from the issuance of the pro forma invoice.
The invoice is issued by the Service Provider after the payment is received and is sent to the User via e-mail.

6. Withdrawal, Cancellation

The User may cancel the order at any time without justification before settling the pro forma invoice.
After payment but before the Service begins, the User may withdraw; in this case, the Service Provider will refund the paid amount, deducting any administrative costs incurred.
After the Service has started, withdrawal is not possible, unless the fulfillment is defective or differs from the provisions of the contract.

7. Liability

The Service Provider performs the fulfillment of the Service in the manner stipulated in the contract.
The Service Provider is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the User.
In the event of force majeure (e.g., technical failure, natural disaster), the Service Provider is exempt from the obligation to fulfill.

8. Complaint Handling

The User may indicate complaints related to the Service in writing to the [email address] e-mail address.
The Service Provider will respond in writing within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

9. Data Processing

During data processing, the Service Provider acts in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and the provisions of the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. Final Provisions

These GTC are valid for an indefinite period and enter into force upon publication on the website.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the GTC, which becomes effective upon publication on the website.
For matters not regulated in these GTC, the provisions of the Civil Code and the legislation on electronic commerce shall apply.
